Who this is for
Anyone deconstructing an inherited faith. Anyone who sensed there was more to the story. Anyone who wants a map rather than a doctrine.
And if you're not spiritual at all — strip the cosmology away and the core claim is testable: a significant portion of what runs through your head was installed by something other than you, and naming those patterns precisely weakens them. That's testable in a fortnight and requires no metaphysics whatsoever.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any prior knowledge? None. A basic curiosity about spirituality, symbols and inner experience is more than enough. No Greek, no theology, no belief.
How much time does it take? Around ten minutes a day. Each module is roughly a fortnight at that pace. Ten minutes done daily beats an hour done twice.
Is this tied to a religion or church? No. There's no congregation, doctrine, membership or authority. Historically there never was — the ancient Gnostics disagreed with each other constantly.
Is it anti-Christian? It isn't for or against anything. These texts emerged from the same first-to-third-century world as the New Testament. Plenty of people work with this alongside a Christian practice; plenty do it having left one. Both are fine.
What if I'm new to meditation and inner work? Everything is taught from zero. Module 5 teaches both techniques from scratch, and nothing before it assumes you've meditated.
How is the course delivered? Through Gumroad. You buy a module, download the PDF, audio and workbook, and keep them permanently. Nothing expires and there's no subscription.
What if the practices bring something difficult up? Sustained self-observation can surface things. If that happens, stop, do something ordinary and physical, and come back another day.
